Customers can often feel frustrated with their past experiences where expectations have not been met and repairs have not been adequate. Donnie’s work ethic is of utmost importance to him, and he guarantees his work. With integrity, he does not sell parts or services that are unnecessary. The goal is to earn trust so that customers return with all future repairs. Initially a mobile repair business, it has expanded to include a two-bay shop, and now we have two locations. Services are typically provided for fleet accounts, personal vehicles, and now high-performance and vintage cars. Until 2021, DW’s had no advertising or online presence. Word of mouth was enough to keep the business strong, and it has been built on Donnie’s reputation. He found his love of engine repair at a young age with go-carts and motorcycles. He began his professional career in small engine repair and has worked on cars, trucks, airline ground equipment, and buses.
